The National Handicapped Finance and Development Corporation (NHFDC) is an apex organization under the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India. Its primary objective is to empower Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) through financial assistance, skill development, and promoting self-employment ventures. Established in 1997, NHFDC operates across the country, aiming to create an inclusive society where PwDs can live with dignity and contribute meaningfully to the nation’s economy.

NHFDC provides financial assistance in the form of concessional loans for various purposes.
